Highway One intersects highway 128 at the Navarro River Bridge and runs west through miles of redwood forest. Along the 11-mile-long tunnel of redwoods are dozens of turnouts for you to pull over and walk-through rays of streaming sunlight and giant ferns to the edge of the Navarro River. There are very few places in the world that still allow the freedom to simply pull over and explore, but here you can find wild natural gardens that will enchant your family… simply on the side of the road.
Sacred Rock Inn permanently closed on June 1, 2025.
After welcoming guests to this beautiful stretch of the Northern California coast, we have decided to close our doors.
This decision was not made lightly, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who stayed with us, supported us, and helped make Sacred Rock Inn what it is today.
Reservations are no longer being accepted. For any questions or past guest inquiries, please contact us at: info@sacredrockinn.com.
Thank you for being part of our story.
